BE A PART OF “BLUES ALLEY”.....Vending is open to artist, crafters, retailers & service organizations that want to join us at the Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival. We do limit the number of vendors that sell similar products, usually it's first come, first serve. Vendors do need prior approval from The Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival promoters and must follow all vendor guidelines listed below. A Vendor application is available to download and print out by clicking here.

In order to assure that all vendors are in compliance with State and County regulations please review the following guidelines as well as the information on the vendor application:

All vendors are required to pre-register with Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival to reserve their vending area. Pre-registration can be done by downloading and printing out a vendor application and mailing it in, along with payment in full to: Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival • 2130 Sunset Drive • Pekin, Illinois 61554. All vendors and products are to be pre-approved by The Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival promoters.

All vendors must arrive at the Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival grounds by 3pm on Friday, August 29th, 2008. Failure to do so may mean that you may not be able to vend during the festival. All vendors will be assigned a vending location based upon product and time of arrival at The Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival site.

All vendors who require electricity must bring at least 200 feet of outdoor electrical cord for the electric hook-up. The Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival does not have electrical cord and will not supply any!

MerchandiseVendors fees are:
$80.00 for a 10’x10’ area. $120.00 for a 10’x20’ area. $150.00 for a 10’x30’ area. Additional sizes are available upon request.  Remember, Due to the very Inexpensive (cheap) vendor fees, your Vendor fee does NOT include tickets to the event and a ticket must be purchased for each individual.

Vendors are responsible for all components of their booth. Vendors need to supply their own lighting for their vending area. Remember the festival runs until 12 midnight on each day. We do have area lights for the crowds but these lights will not be sufficient to light your booth. All food vendors must have a valid Peoria city/county Health Department permit. You will be inspected by The Peoria city/county Health Department permit at the festival site and will receive your license upon their on-site approval.
