The purchaser and/or bearer of any ticket understands and acknowledges that he/she is purchasing a ticket to the Budweiser Illinois Blues Festival and not a particular artist's performance. The Budwesier Illinois Blues Festival is an outdoor festival and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers. There is a possibility that a particular performer or multiple performers may or may not be available to perform due to weather conditions. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of a ticket understands and acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of his/her ticket for any talent cancellations due to any weather conditions.
